We gratefully acknowledge that we practice on the traditional, shared, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Kwantlen, Katzie, and Matsqui First Nations people, along with people from Metis Nation. We have made a commitment to cultural safety and humility through lifelong learning and culturally safe care.
At St. Luke Family Practice, we want to make your healthcare experience as convenient and stress free as possible. From helpful links and patient forms to online booking and referral status updates, our new website provides everything you need in one convenient place.
If you cannot find the information you are looking for or you need help with one of our services, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team. We are here to help.
Our online patient portal allows you to easily make and manage your upcoming medical appointments, and provides a secure space for you and our team to work together.
If you have been referred to a specialist, a few are now accessible by the new provincial program using the OCEAN portal. In these cases, you will receive an email allowing you to follow the progress of the referral. Otherwise, referrals will be sent promptly from our office. It can take some time for us to hear back when the appointment is. We want to reassure you that we have systems to make sure that offices receive the referral, and we try to follow-up regularly to make sure we get your appointment date promptly. You can easily check your referral status by accessing the OCEAN portal through our website.
We work together as a team to ensure that each of our patients receive the highest level of healthcare.
If you need to be referred to a specialist or for diagnostics, we will take care of coordinating with the specialist on your behalf.
We are proud to provide healthcare to family members of all ages, from infants to seniors and elders.
We are a medical learning centre for providing clinical and care experience and education to nursing students, as well as post graduate family practice residents from UBC and Kwantlen. In the future, you may even see medical students from the new SFU Medical School opening in the next few years.
We are pleased to offer two ways to receive care after hours.
The Langley Urgent Primary Care Centre is open from 9AM to 8PM, 7 days per week. Please call 604-514-7477 for nursing triage. The UPCC is building up a group of local physicians who can provide both in-person and virtual urgent care.
Langley is also part of the provincial After Hours Care Program. This can be accessed by calling our main office line at 604-530-5825, and dialling option zero between 5PM and 9AM on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends/holidays. You will receive a combination of nursing and physician support through telephone or Zoom.
You may also leave a message for next business day response by dialling our main office line at 604-530-5825 and choosing option 1.
If you are experiencing a life threatening medical issue, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.
